Dielectric Welding

Taylor Made Facilities

Dielectric Welding, also known as Radio Frequency Welding, is the process by which electro magnetic energy is used to permanently bond two pieces of material together. This is different than other processes as the desired result is a hermetic, cohesive bond. This bond is "clean" because the only material needed to produce an RF weld is the material itself. There are no adhesives or by-products involved!

This unique technology is most at use in the automotive and medical supply markets. By bringing this technology into the marine industry, and by using select materials, Ameritex is the only supplier of a true waterproof top for recreational boating.
